Evening Edition: China Halts Rare Earth Metals Exports

Beijing has suspended the export of all rare-earth elements as the trade war with the United States intensifies. The demand for rare earth elements, or metals, is growing as the world uses more clean energy sources and more higher-end microchips for the next generation of processors.
